The Match Group, Inc. (MTCH) needs a USD 500 Million loan from InterActiveCorporation (IAC) to acquire Plentyoffish Media Inc. (POF) in USD 575 Million.

The cost per paid member is USD 1150. It is an insane figure! ( USD 575 Million / 500,000 paid members)
