NEW Lovoo review as part of Meet Group
What we do not like:
Attention! If you delete your profile at Lovoo, you must cancel the VIP subscription separately.
Lovoo urges you as a user formally to spend money. In the test, nearly half an hour after our registration, we received numerous push messages. They pointed out that a different user is looking at our profile. The text has always been formulated in such a way that it suggests a great interest in our profile. The goal of Lovoo is obviously to push us to buy credits to reveal the profile. Interestingly, the push messages ebbed in the test then also when we had a positive credit balance.
Both the purchase of credits as well as the VIP status, Lovoo's credit policy is not transparent. In the test, similar to Tinder, prices fluctuated depending on the terminal used. While we were on our Android smartphone for a month VIP membership to pay 11.99 euros, Lovoo offered us on the Windows computer the same subscription for 8 euros. So it is worth comparing. Lovoo also earns money with advertising - both on the desktop and in the app. The ads are decent but not intrusive.
Test score 6.2 of 10
