Facebook Argentina was ordered to pay nearly USD177K for failing to comply with an order to delete insulting fake profiles of the plaintiff. The plaintiff, a fireman from Rosario city (Santa Fe province) called on Facebook since April 2013, to delete fake profiles by people who wrote insults related to a labour dispute.
