According to several sources, EliteMedianet GmbH. parent company of ElitePartnerDE, won a lawsuit against a Consumer Protection Center of Hamburg (VZHH).
It seems in Germany is customary that a "customer must pay compensation for cancellation".
They had won a lawsuit in court, but with that attitude, I think nobody will want to subscribe with automatic rebilling clause and to pay a compensation to cancel its subscription before automatic renewal.

Learn German - then you might understand what this is about. Hint: It has zero to do with automatic rebilling.
