The patterns of anomalies include:
- Main algorithm is performing as an "out of control machine-gun": Mismatches in personalities in suggested partners from main algorithm. The personality of every suggested member is quite different from the personality of the dummy profile created for test purposes. (Instead of showing you suggested matches with nearly the same personality pattern as the dummy profile created for test purposes, the site sends matches with a different personality pattern than the dummy profile.) Please remember: ".... mismatches in personality are a frequently mentioned cause for relationship break-up. " and " educate people, especially singles, about what really matters in long-term relationships, for instance, similarity in personality, instead of complementarity." extracted from "Perceptions of Ideal and Former Partners' Personality and Similarity" Something is wrong, a terrible bug in the matching algorithm or a big fraud. No other possible explanation.
- Small cities are overrepresented compared to big cities, as if population were equally distributed in cities. Something is wrong, a terrible bug in the matching algorithm or a big fraud. No other possible explanation.

- It is rare to see persons online at the site (profile with green indicator, the majority are offline, grey indicator or light blue indicator). Something is wrong, a terrible bug in the matching algorithm or a big fraud. No other possible explanation.
- Very TALL MEN (over 7 feet or 210 cm) are severely overrepresented compared to the country population stature!
Suppose a very tall woman, 7' height (210 cm)
The site is very fresh and new, it is a 6 months old online dating site! (and quite similar as eHarmony USA, CA, UK and Australian sites, it should perform like them)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_people
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demography_of_the_United_Kingdom
http://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/trans/doc/2005/wp29grsp/HR-04-14e.pdf
According to the 2011 census, the total population of the United Kingdom (UK) is around 63,182,000 persons.
As per the UK Population pyramid in 2010, men in the range 25 to 34 years old are nearly 3.9 million. Suppose all of them could be single.
From the "UK population stature - UNECE" it is shown very tall men, over 6' 7" (198 cm) are very rare, in the range 1 every 3,333 men (3 in ten thousand) a 0.03% centile
No real man will register with a 7' height (210 cm) if his height is not that because he has the risk of being excluded from women, moreover as it is well known that tall and mostly very tall people have more risk to develop any kind of cancer disease. Fertile women could also tend to skip very tall men to avoid their future babies being very tall.
I created a dummy profile of a very tall woman, 7' height (210 cm) at the site last July 2013 and ... guess ... received lots of suggested matches taller than that dummy women. Some men 8 feet tall (240 cm)
Suppose the site's database of males is consistent with the UK Population pyramid.
Do the math and you will discover a 6 months old online dating site with a database 2 times bigger than all the UK population??? (and even Ireland?)
Something is wrong, a terrible bug in the matching algorithm or a big fraud. No other possible explanation.
- Misuse of Big Five Normative Personality Test.
Values are referred to "The site's member average"
and test results should be referred to:
* English for the United Kingdom and the Norm for the United Kingdom (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of the United Kingdom).
* English for Ireland and the Norm for Ireland (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of Ireland).
* English for the Australia and the Norm for Australia (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of Australia).
* English for New Zealand and the Norm for New Zealand (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of New Zealand).
* English for the United States and the Norm for the United States (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of the United States) if they operate in the United States.
as the 16PF5 test.
- the HEXACO model of personality is going to replace the Big Five, because the Big Five has been proven as an incomplete and incorrect model of personality.
(revealed thanks to commingling analysis.)

I have all screenshots to prove what I said, I had been contacting the company and their local lawyers in Argentina since last 2st December 2013, since 1 month ago, with any answer until now. I can send screenshots as proof to anybody who requests them. I had told them:
"As you may know, the normative personality test used by your sites, the Big Five model is a normative test. i.e.
You should have the norm for each country where you operate and You should use the norm for each country where you operate.
Example:- English for the United Kingdom and the Norm for the United Kingdom (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of the United Kingdom).
- English for Ireland and the Norm for Ireland (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of Ireland).
- English for the Australia and the Norm for Australia (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of Australia).
- English for New Zealand and the Norm for New Zealand (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of New Zealand).
- English for the United States and the Norm for the United States (sample of individuals with the same demographic characteristics of the United States) if you operate in the United States.
- French for France and the Norm for France.
- German for Germany and the Norm for Germany.
- Spanish for Spain and the Norm for Spain.
- Italian for Italy and the Norm for Italy.
etc, etc.
To clarify better that situation (a comparison with drivers):
Suppose you are citizen of country "A" where speed limit is 70 mph and the population drives at 65 mph average with 2 mph standard deviation (some persons always surpass the speed limit) in a normal distribution,
and you are tested driving at 67 mph so you are OVER the average in 1 standard deviation, you are at 84.1344% over the whole population.
You will score 8 or 9 in a sten scale depending on how it was constructed.
You will be seen as VERY HIGH in that scale.
If you drive in country "B" where speed limit is 75 mph and the population drives at
71 mph average with 2 mph standard deviation (some persons always surpass the speed limit) in a normal distribution,
and you are tested again driving at 67 mph, you are UNDER the average in 2 standard deviation, you are at 02.2751% under the whole population.
You will score 1 in a sten scale.
You will be seen as VERY LOW in that scale.
That is why normative tests can not simply be translated, because they need the norm for that test, and that norm is actualized each and every time Census Figures are released.
Do you have and use the norm for each and every country where you operate?
or
Are you using the same norm for all countries instead?
I also want to tell you that recently the Big Five normative personality model was revealed as an incomplete model of personality, and Academics & Researchers from all over the World had begun to replace it for the HEXACO model of personality:
"While the Big-Five has been the dominant approach in personality research for over two decades, recent investigations have identified a sixth independent personality dimension referred to as Honesty-Humility (Ashton & Lee, 2007, 2009). The six independent factors then are: Honesty-Humility (H), Emotionality (E), Extraversion (X), Agreeableness (A), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to Experience (O). This six dimension model, referred to as the HEXACO model, is argued to account for cross-cultural lexical findings, as well the subtle distinctions between personality traits better than the Big-Five (Ashton & Lee, 2007). The original measurement scale of this model consists of the 60-item HEXACO-60 scale (Ashton & Lee, 2009)." extracted from the paper: "The Mini-IPIP6: Tiny yet highly stable markers of Big Six personality"
".. the Big Five's Agreeableness and HEXACO's Agreeableness are not identical. The Big Five factors do not include an Honesty-Humility factor, but some of the characteristics belonging to Honesty-Humility are incorporated into the Big Five's Agreeableness factor. Although earlier investigations found only the Big Five factors, more recent studies conducted in various languages (including English) with larger sets of adjectives recovered six factors. "
I want to respectfully alert you about that situation because it could bring legal problems in the future (also for eHarmony, TeAmoRU, Be2, Parship, eCift, PlentyOfFish Chemistry Predictor, ElitePartner and other sites using the Big Five normative personality test to assess personality of its daters: online dating sites using the Big Five model of personality could be considered a FRAUD because they are using an incomplete model of personality. They are assessing 5 scales and not 6 scales.)"
