Free/Freemium online dating sites like OKCupid and PlentyOfFish (POF) are going to be inviable if Legislation applies to them.  Even Badoo, Tinder, Twoo and others.
When I was interviewed last January 2011 by "Caras y Caretas" (summer in Argentina) I thought there were going to be a big scandal, because former CEO of Match LATAM Countries recognized 75% inactive profiles at Match Argentina, but nothing happened.
Now  ALL Online Dating Industry companies operating Worldwide, are under the scrutiny of consumers and lawyers now.
