Before reading the report I had searched for the words "personality" and "similarity"
Those 2 words do not appear in the report, so the researchers are wasting precious time because they had forgotten to check any kind of personality similarity between friends.
I do not cite any papers about personality similarity and friendship because there are plenty of them. Use Google to search for those papers.
