Canadian regulatory authorities should not allow The Match Group to acquire PlentyOfFish (POF)

The IAC (nasdaq IACI) had been doing all wrong, acquiring rotten companies instead of innovating.

I hope the deal will fail due to regulatory issues in Canada.

The same for the Match Group spin off. It should fail, like Zoosk failed its IPO.

The Online Dating Industry deserves innovations. Not a compilation of old and obsolete sites like PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, Match, Chemistry, Meetic, FriendScout24 and others.

The Online Dating Industry does not need a 10% improvement, a 50% improvement or a 100% improvement. It does need "a 100 times better improvement", not 100% better, 100X better == a big INNOVATION.
