The deal comes just under a year after LOVOO paid a Euros 1.2 Million fine to end legal proceedings against the company after the dating brand’s offices were stormed by armed police in connection with allegations of customer deception.
Following the raid, LOVOO founder & CEO resigned from his position at the company on 27th June 2016, and LOVOO then paid a Euros 1.2 Million fine to suspend all legal proceedings.
