about Barrons article: "Is it time for stock investors to break up with Match Group?
Facebook counts 200 million singles as users, dwarfing Match Group’s 7.7 million subscribers, which includes 3.8 million on Tinder and the rest spread across, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, and other services.

Facebook is refining Facebook Dating feature (via Ms. Jane Manchun Wong)
Perhaps Facebook is copycatting Tinder and Bumble, with some minor improvement with the help of former eHarmony's team,
and perhaps Facebook dating app will be free in order to erode Match Group dating sites.

Why MTCH can not disclose revenue and paying members per site?
like Match site revenue and paying members,
Hinge revenue and paying members,
PlentyOfFish revenue and paying members,
OKCupid revenue and paying members,
Tinder revenue? etc.
For me it is clear they do not want to innovate.
They want to squeeze their big databases to get all the juice (money) from the wallets of the daters.
Tinder reached operating ceiling, that is the main reason MTCH launched Tinder U, they need ambassadors.
Do not forget MTCH has big debt, in the range of USD 1.3 Billion.
Chispa, Pairs and Crown dating app, seems to be more bells and whistles and not really innovations.

Match Group, Inc. (MTCH) Q2 2018

SA article: Match Group, Inc. (MTCH) CEO on Q2 2018 Results - Earnings Call Transcript

My bet: MTCH start of a bigger decline amidst heavy competition.
